Baltic spray takes on custom design jobs with the aim of fulfilling
unique requirements with simple and cost effective solutions. Our design
work is based on almost two
decades of experience from mechanical and electronic design within telecom
and mobile phone systems. This experience covers a wide range of indoor as
well as outdoor mounted equipment for all different environments on the
globe. The list of qualifications also includes a patent for a dual band
filter that is mounted in radio masts all over the world. (Patent
0611351). Baltic spray's network of connections within different design
disciplines is extensive.

The years spent in the telecom industry also resulted in a very
comprehensive management experience at different levels. This journey,
in a company which grew from a turnover of 80 to 6000 MSEK, provided extensive
knowledge regarding development of
organizations and processes. Short or long term consulting services in
different forms can be be carried out.
